We stand by the quality of our products and want our customers to be satisfied.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order has been placed. This policy is in place because our products are intended for research use only and cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.

• In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at nurealmbiologics@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Shipping

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information. 

NuRealm Biologics is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier, incorrect shipping address, or lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Orders begin to process quickly. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.
